Lounge

Jubilee Building

The Jubilee building was originally built in 1979 and was later added to. On the first floor, there are 8 executive, en-suite bedrooms. Designed to be available exclusively, the Dove Reception and Ben & Jerry’s Lounge are the public areas for two large meeting rooms that feature live teams connection, a recording studio, giant LED screens and superb AV all around. We can cater light breakfast, Buffet lunch and evening reception dinners in this flexible, airy and large space.

Available for meetings and events for up to 150 people.

First Floor

The first floor originally housed bedrooms and many of the meeting rooms feature the original fireplaces and period ceilings. Whichever room you choose you are guaranteed incredible views, natural day light and an inspiring working space. Meeting rooms feature a mix of flexible and fixed layouts; static or movable AV and refreshments.

Second Floor

The second floor is an area ideally suited for exclusive use. It comprises the eaves accommodations that would once have been used by the housekeepers. Now there is a self-contained meeting room for 16 delegates with Surf Boardroom, the Dirt Is Good (DIG) Lounge, a private bathroom, a refreshment area for water, snacks, tea & coffee and Marmite meeting room.

We have 39 Ensuite executive bedrooms, with a desk, smart TV, hairdryer and safe.

Yoga Studio

Located to the North of the site, the Log Cabin will be set in a white birch glade with views out over Coombe Wood Golf Club. Designed for wellness and mindfulness the space will accommodate up to 20 people for a meeting, yoga, meditation or mindfulness practice with refreshment area.

This adaptable space serves as an ideal meeting or breakout room for smaller groups. With natural light and stunning views, it fosters a comfortable atmosphere for productive discussions and brainstorming sessions.
